LHRC Offers Free Legal Aid Services at the 49th Sabasaba Exhibition

Legal and Human Rights Centre (LHRC) is offering free legal aid during the ongoing 49th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (DITF), popularly known as the Sabasaba Exhibition, taking place at the Nyerere (Sabasaba) Grounds in Dar es Salaam.

LHRC has been participating in the DITF since its official opening on June 27, 2025, and will continue to provide legal services to the public until the exhibition officially closes on July 13, 2025.

As part of its mission to promote access to justice, LHRC is offering a wide range of free legal aid services. These services include:

Land and property disputes

Probate and administration of estates

Matrimonial matters, including divorce and custody

Employment and labour rights

Other civil and human rights-related legal issues

The LHRC booth is located within the Judiciary Building at the exhibition grounds. Legal officers and human rights experts are on-site to provide legal guidance, consultations and referrals where necessary.

LHRC encourages all individuals in need of legal support to visit its booth, engage with our legal professionals, and access timely and reliable assistance.

Through this outreach, LHRC continues to strengthen public awareness of human rights and the rule of law, and to contribute towards building a just and equitable society
